This past month has been very exciting for Vermont Alpha. The Chapter House's roof is finally completed after years of water damage and various animals making their home amongst the broken slate.Although it was hard for many of us to be woken up at 8 AM by the loud noises of construction, we are happy that there will be no more water damage done to the house from a leaky roof.

The house also has new black leather couches, as our old red ones were in relative disrepair, as well as a new rug. Thanks to House Manager Scott DeCastro for taking initiative for some major house improvements.

The Kitchen has a new Range Hood, meaning that brothers will finally be able to use the stove after 4 months of being unable to due to the old hood not being up to code.

Future renovations include the kitchen floor, a sprinkler system in the summer, New dining room tables, and a newly painted living room.
